Just read this post and I can identify! I haven't stayed connected to anyone in our class and I guess I feel like being a stay-at-home mom and homeschooling my legally blind son isn't what others thought I would do with my life (as if their judgment means something). But I know it is THE most important thing I could be doing with my life right now, so that is all that matters.

It takes a lot of courage to be as honest as you have in this post. That is something to be proud of.

wow Matt... WOW. I could have written this post (not as eloquently, of course) but seriously sums up how I feel/felt. I DID go to my 20 year, and the high-school Tonia came back and I left feeling unimportant and unpopular and somewhat ignored. Kudos to you for being able and willing to call it like it is and do what you needed to do. KUDOS!!
